Returns & Order Cancellations
Mayura Silks values customer satisfaction and trust. We work hard to make sure your shopping experience is a remarkable one and satisfied with the quality of the product. But we do acknowledge that human errors can occur in the process and would like you as our valued customer to bare with us as we work hard to fix these errors. A refund is not appreciated. Here is the short FAQ to clariffy.
1. Can I return/exchange the product?
We are happy to inform that exhange/ return is acceptable only under the following conditions:
a. A wrong product against the order.
b. A damaged product. (Does not include receiving a slight variation in color from the photograph shown on website, since these minor changes are expected using the technology).
2.How do I return the product?
Please write us an email describing the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product. Shippinf us back the product within 7 days of receipt of material will be eligible for return/exchange. Please note the following:
a. The product is is unused condition. i.e. The folding of the saree is not disturbed, no stains, not worn.
b. The original taks are still attached.
c. The blouse piece is not detached from the saree.
3. Can I get a refund?
A refund is not appreciated. However a return/exchange is possible with above conditions.
